Joel has been in the machining world since 2008 and loves the challenge of precision work and problem-solving. He’s always learning—whether it’s a new machine, a better setup, or a new trick of the trade—and he takes pride in constantly improving his craft. He specializes with CNC Mills, but has hands on experience in all areas of a machine shop.

Joel also has a love for all things motorsports. Since a young age, Joel was involved in four-wheeling and drag racing. He enjoys creating better power, performance, and overall upgrades to his “toys”.

Driven by his enthusiasm for machining and motorsports, Joel set out to start his own business focused on fabricating high-quality parts for both the motorsports and machining industries.

Joel is married to Amy, and they have two young children, Jordyn and Jeremiah. Amy is an interior designer with a local builder, and while not creating with metal, Amy has a passion and love for all things design and DIY. Amy is also behind the scenes at Springside, helping in many areas.

Both Joel and Amy are lifelong Hempfield residents. They are active members of their church, and love being able to support and help one another through the community built there.

As a family, they enjoy their downtime spending time with family and friends. They specially love taking trips four wheeling at many trails within Pennsylvania.
